Thank you Kate for finding the time to visit the Physics Factory today and for giving a talk to Lordswood Girls about your career. The girls were really enthused with your presentation. One girl said to me once you left ‘she was really nice, I bet she is really famous in the scientific world’

It is really hard to be entertaining for an hour and a half and even harder to do this whilst talking about physics. The energy generated in the room was amazing and the students were really engaged with the lesson. The Physics Factory is a great example of how exciting science teaching can be.
